My Bio

Born and raised in Glasgow, an incredible city that has enriched my life over the years. I spent five years as a reservist in the military before joining the police force, where I served for 22 years before retiring early. This extensive experience in law enforcement has greatly benefited me as a Scottish actor, providing me with valuable insights and skills that have enhanced my performances as a Scottish actor.

Come park run with us

Come park run with us — Strathclyde parkrun, every Saturday at 9:30am, Strathclyde Country Park, Motherwell

We at Muirhouse and Flemington have started our own runners club, and we’ll be taking part every week at parkrun at Strathclyde Country Park.

  • Strathclyde parkrun
  • Every Saturday at 9:30am
  • Strathclyde Country Park, Motherwell
  • Completely free of charge
  • Walk, jog or run — all welcome

We love the work the volunteers at Strathclyde parkrun put in every week — they make it possible for people of every ability to turn up, move, and feel part of something. Staying active is good for the body and the mind, and parkrun is a brilliant, friendly way to keep fit together outdoors.

Our running club organiser: Austin Lamont. Any questions, send them via the Contacts page.

First time? Register beforehand at parkrun.org.uk/strathclyde.
